Step 1: Click on the notification that you receive in your Lazada app for more details on the order that has been cancelled. Alternatively, you can click on ‘Account’ and then on ‘Cancellations’.
Step 2: You will be redirected to a page where you will be able to see your cancelled order(s). Click on the order that you want to check. The details and reason for the cancellation will be stated there.
If no payment has been made and your order has not been confirmed, please reorder if needed. If you had already paid for your item, refer to the table below for when you should receive your refund.
