All unpaid order will be automatically release after a reasonable time period, this is to provide fair chances to other buyer who are interested to purchase the product. Hence, you are advised to make payment immediately once you have made the order.
How can I check if I have unpaid orders?
1. Go to Account
2. Look for My Orders and click “To Pay”, If there is a number above the “To Pay” icon, that is the quantity of orders that are left unpaid.
3. Select “Pay Now” to choose a payment method.
4. Once done, orders will proceed to “To Ship”
