Please refer to the steps underlined below to cancel an item from your order.
Step 1: From your Lazada app, go to 'Account' and click on 'View All Orders'.
Then, you will be directed to ‘My Orders’ page. Click on the item from your order that you wish to cancel.
Step 2: In the ‘Order Details’ page, click on ‘Cancel’ and choose an appropriate cancellation reason. Then, click on ‘Submit’ to complete the cancellation request.
Note: You can only cancel an item from your order if it has not been shipped yet. When this happens, the exclamation mark icon will appear in the 'Cancel' button to indicate that your item cannot be cancelled anymore. By clicking on it, you will be able to see more details as to why the order cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel anyway, you may reject the item upon delivery or initiate a return request for refunds.
