Overseas items are sold by Sellers that are based outside of Malaysia such as China, Hong Kong and South Korea. You can identify an overseas item by looking for the ‘LazGlobal’ tagging or ‘Ships from overseas’ stated on the product page as per the screenshots below:
When searching for a particular item, filtering your search result by ‘LazGlobal’ only or ‘Location’ will also help you in identifying the overseas item. To do so, please refer to the steps underlined below:
Step 1: Upon searching for an item that you want to buy, click on the ‘LazGlobal’ icon for a curated list of recommended overseas products that you can explore. Alternatively, you may click on the filter icon located directly under the ‘LazGlobal’ icon for more filter options.
Step 2: If you click on the filter icon in the search results, more filter options will appear on the right side of your screen. You may filter the results by clicking on ‘Overseas’ under Location attribute to show overseas only items.
Please note that the manufacturer warranty may not be valid on overseas items. We strongly recommend that you find out more about the claim process with the manufacturer/service centre before purchasing a high-value item or an item that supposedly has a warranty if you buy from authorized local Sellers.
