Recently, cross-border customs is imposing a strict purchase limit or allocation for face mask orders. Therefore, if you made a face mask order above the purchase limit, your order is at risk of being cancelled. Please refer below for further clarification on the restrictions being placed.
You can only purchase a maximum of 100 pieces of face mask per order.
Scenario 1: If you make an order of 120 pieces per order, your order will be cancelled.
Scenario 2: If you make an order of 120 pieces, but you split your purchase into 2 orders (60 pieces each), your order will NOT be cancelled.
You can only purchase a face mask from selected cross-border Sellers. As there is a restriction being placed for face mask items, any purchases made from unapproved listings or Sellers will also lead to a cancellation. Rest assured that we are checking our platform daily to ensure unapproved face mask listings are removed and only approved Sellers’ listings will remain. However, if you do buy from an unapproved Seller, your order will be cancelled at the order processing stage.
Further communication will be sent to your email address if you are affected by the restriction above. Alternatively, you can also source your face mask needs from the local sellers temporarily to avoid any issues with your order delivery for the time being.
