Lazada Payment Protection protects you from unauthorized transactions made from your Lazada Account using your Lazada Wallet, saved credit/debit cards and/or saved bank accounts.
If you notice that an unauthorized transaction has been made from your account, you should contact Lazada immediately. Click here for how to do so.
Lazada will investigate the matter and decide within 2 working days, as to whether there was an unauthorized transaction or not. You will receive an e-mail regarding the decision of the investigation team.
If indeed there was an unauthorized transaction, you will be reimbursed the full amount.
Note: You must ensure that the unauthorized transaction was not due to a fault of yours. Lazada will not reimburse you if the unauthorized transaction was made because you gave your Lazada password to someone else. You must ensure from time to time that your account is secured.
