You can use your cash to top up your Lazada Wallet at 7-Eleven and 99 SPEEDMART!

Step 1: On your Lazada App, click the ‘Wallet’ button and then click on the ‘Top Up’ button on the ‘My Wallet’ page to proceed.
Step 2: At the Top Up page, enter your Top Up amount and tap ‘Continue’. Tap ‘View all top-up methods’ and select ‘Retail Stores’ as your top up method.
Step 3: Select either 7-Eleven or 99 SPEEDMART as your top up choice and tap ‘Confirm’ to proceed. You will be given a top up request barcode once your transaction has been processed. You will also receive a SMS and an e-mail notification once your top up request is confirmed.
Step 4: Based on your selected choice, go to your nearest 7-Eleven or 99 SPEEDMART store and provide the store attendant the top up request barcode. Pay the top up amount in cash. Your pending top up amount can be seen in your app under ‘Recent Transactions’.
(You will have 48 hours to complete your top up payment. Kindly note that during mega campaigns, this timeframe may be shortened to 24 hours.)
Notice: Over the Counter cash payment service at 7-Eleven will be changed temporarily from 23rd - 31st March to ensure you have a smoother shopping experience during our 8th Birthday Sale.
Due to the new measures imposed by the government on Movement Control Order, we want to ensure and prioritize our customer safety for the upcoming Birthday Sale. Although you can still transact cash top up to your Lazada Wallet at 7-Eleven or 99 SPEEDMART stores near you, we would like to encourage you to explore our other top up channels such as Online Banking and Credit/Debit cards that allow you to shop safely from home.
