1) Why Should I use Lazada Wallet?
Lazada Wallet is the most convenient payment method you can use when shopping with us. Your balance amount is updated instantaneously either during top-up or when a refund is processed in our systems. However, at times there maybe some instances of minor delays due to the reconciliation times in our systems. Fret not, your Lazada Wallet balance will be updated in the next reconciliation time, which happens daily.
As stated in the Lazada Wallet Product Disclosure:
1. The maximum wallet balance is RM2,999
2. The maximum wallet top up limit is RM2,999
3. The maximum transaction limit is RM2,999 per transaction
4. The maximum transaction limit is RM4,999 per calendar month
For example:
You topped up RM2,999 into your Lazada Wallet to make an RM2,000 purchase and this purchase is completed successfully. Then, you make another top-up transaction of RM1,000 to make another purchase in the near future. At this point, you have RM1,999 in your Wallet.
Let’s assume your RM2,000 order is cancelled due to a valid reason, the purchase amount will be refunded into the Refund section of your wallet within 2 working days. The usual refund timeframe for Lazada Wallet may not applicable for this situation as your maximum wallet balance is reached.
However, if you made a purchase via Online Banking or Over The Counter (OTC) payment and the order is cancelled, the amount will be refunded into the Refund section of your Lazada Wallet according to our usual Refund timeframe.
2) What is the limit I can use on my Lazada Wallet if activated it via Tmall?
Upgrading your Lazada Wallet via your Tmall account gives the opportunity to have bigger top-up, transaction and monthly transaction limit. You will be able to enjoy the upgraded limit in your Lazada Wallet for both Lazada and Tmall purchases. Here is the new upgraded balance if you activate your Lazada Wallet on your Tmall account:
