You may refer to the steps underlined below to make a payment and complete your purchases with Lazada. To understand more on Order Types in ‘To Pay’ section, click here.
Step 1: On the product page, click on the ‘Buy Now’ button. You can also click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button if you wish to add more products and pay collectively.
Step 2: You will be directed to the Checkout page to complete your payment. Confirm your details and select your preferred payment method before clicking on the ‘Place Order’ button.
Note: If you abandon the payment page or abruptly exit the app, your orders will remain unpaid. To check on your unpaid orders, simply click on ‘To Pay’ section at the Account page. Then, click on the ‘Pay Now’ button to complete your payment and successfully place an order. If you would like to change your payment method or attempting another payment, you need to tick the Cancel current payment box before clicking ‘Pay Again’ button.
