Yes, you need to sign up or link your Senheng PlusOne Membership account with your Lazada account before purchasing and collecting points. Any points collected from purchases made before linking the PlusOne Membership account will not be taken into account.
3. How can I sign up for Senheng PlusOne Lazada Membership and link it to my Lazada account?
Step 1: From your Lazada app, search for Senheng and click on Senheng store page. Then, click on ‘Sign up for membership’ to sign-up for Senheng PlusOne Lazada Membership or ‘Link Existing Membership’ if you want to link your membership to your Lazada account.
Alternatively, you can also follow these steps to sign-up or link your Senheng PlusOne Lazada Membership to your Lazada account.
Step 1: From your Lazada app, go to ‘My account,’ then click on ‘My Service’ and choose ‘Memberships’.
Step 2: Under ‘Available Memberships’, click on ‘Learn More’ for Senheng PlusOne Lazada Membership.
Step 3: Click on ‘Link Existing Membership’ or ‘Sign up for membership,’ and a pop-up will appear. On the pop-up, click on ‘Proceed’ and provide necessary information on Senheng brand website and finally click ‘Submit.’
4. How much is the registration fee for Senheng PlusOne Lazada Membership programme and how can I renew it once it has expired?
The Senheng PlusOne Membership registration fee is RM12 and is valid for 12 months from date of registration or last renewal date. Upon expiry, the membership must be renewed at the annual membership fee.
5. How many points will I get from every purchase with Senheng PlusOne Lazada Membership?
You will get three (3) PlusOne points for every RM20 you spend with your Senheng PlusOne Lazada Membership.

Step 1: From your Lazada app, search for Senheng and click on Senheng store page. Then click on ‘Member’ tab and choose ‘Disconnect Membership’.
Step 2: When the pop-up message appears, click on ‘Disconnect Now’ to unlink your Senheng PlusOne Lazada Membership from your Lazada account.
Note: Disconnecting your Senheng PlusOne Lazada Membership on your Lazada account does not deactivate your membership account. The Senheng PlusOne Lazada membership account will still be valid for 1 year (based on registration date or last renewal date) before permanently deactivated.
9. Where can I find information of my Senheng PlusOne Lazada Membership?
If you have already linked your Senheng PlusOne Lazada Membership account with your Lazada account, you can find the information by clicking on ‘Memberships’ under ‘My Service’ section in the main Memberships page.
On the Memberships page, you can find the list of all linked brand membership(s) under ‘My memberships.’ When you click on Senheng PlusOne Lazada Membership, you will see details such as:
