How do Coin Discount work and how can I find the items available for Coins Discount from Coin Page?
This feature is available to all Lazada customers. You will be able to utilize your Coin as discount during checkout. This feature is offered to exclusive items available with limited quantity. Here is how to find the items with Coin Discount from Coin Page.
Step 1: From your Homepage, click on “Coin” or swipe right to reach Coin page.
Step 2: Scroll down until you reach last section of the page. From “All” tab under “Hot” section, you can see the coin value for item that you preferred. Click on the item that you wish to purchase.
Step 3: You will be brought to the product page where you can see Coin tab. This indicates that the item is available for Coin discount. You can click the tab if you need more information in regards to it.
Step 4: After you have added the item into your cart and checkout, it will automatically be deducting your coins. You will also have the option to not utilise your coin by swiping the button to the left and the coin discount will be removed from your total purchase.

Only eligible products that has coin option will be reflected in Checkout page.

If there is no coin option at the Checkout page, this is due to insufficient coins that you may have. Click here to know more on how you can collect more Coins!
How do I get my refund for Coin if any cancellation or return occurred for my eligible item?
Only items purchased with Coin discount will be eligible for instant coin refund when the order is impacted by cancellation or return.
From your Coin page, click on “Coin History” button to reach Coin History page where all of your Coin transaction will be visible there.
