You may reset your password by using either your Email/Mobile number.
View the steps below as a guidance to reset your password:
Step 1: Fill up your Email/Mobile number at the log in page and click on ‘Forget Password’.
Step 2: Fill up your Email/Mobile number and click the ‘Reset Password’ button.
Step 3: Select your preferred verification method at the Security Verification page.
Click ‘Send Code’ at the Mobile Verification page and key in the code received at the space provided then click the ‘Verify Code’ button. Next, key in your new password and click ‘Reset Password’ to compete this process.
Now you can log in your account with your new password.
