The seller did not include a tax invoice with my Package. What do I do?

If you did not receive your tax invoice in your Package, you may contact Lazada’s Customer Service for further assistance.

Note: Only invoice for Items that are Fulfilled by Lazada (FBL) will be sent via E-mail within 5 working days from the delivery date.
