Click on ‘Account’ and then on the ‘To Review button’. This will take you to the list of your Orders that you are yet to review. Click on the Seller’s item to leave a rating/review for the Seller.
Alternatively, you may follow the steps below:
Step 1: Click on ‘Account’ and then on ‘View All Orders’.
Step 2: You will arrive at the ‘My Orders’ page. Click on the Item that your purchased from the Seller.
Step 3: This will bring you to the ‘Order Details’ page. Click on the ‘Write a Review’ button on your Order. You will be redirected to the ‘Write Review’ page, where you can leave a rating/review for the Seller.
Note: You will also receive push notifications from the app that reminding you to leave a review. Clicking on them will direct you to the ‘Write Review’ page.
You will also a receive an e-mail notifying you of successful delivery of your item. This e-mail will contain a link which you can click on to leave your review.
