Q: How do I chat with Seller?
There are a few ways for you to chat with the Seller. You can go to the Product Page and initiate the chat with Seller by clicking on the 'Chat' button. Click this button to access the chat section and you may type in your inquiry to the Seller (Image 1).
You will be able to stay updated with your conversations with the Seller, by clicking on 'Chats' located in the Message Centre (Image 2).

Alternatively, you can click on the 'Chat Now' button from your 'Order Details' page if you have made an order with the respective Seller by following the steps mentioned below.
Step 1: Click on 'Account' to go to the ‘My Orders’ page and then click 'View All Orders'. Select the order that is sold by the Seller that you want to chat with.
Step 2: Click on ‘Chat Now' to start initiating a chat with the Seller.
