Make sure you've international transaction rights in your card before making payments. Check the same within the netbanking settings to enable international online transaction rights.
If you don't know how to achieve the same, google “Bank name” + “Card type” + “Enable international transaction”.
Eg- Hdfc mastercard enable international transaction.
Alternatively you can customer care to do it as well.
Note- you'll not asked for the OTP for international transactions. So make sure you use virtual card to safeguard from frauds and hacks.
