I went through your problem.
Most of the free shipping is provided by China Post , and they mostly delivered within 30-45 days .
The tracking does not show , the product is delivered. (From your screenshot). It is just packed and shipped (forwarded to China Post) by seller.
According to your tracking number :
It says your order has been rechecked for seal at exports and is enroute to the destination .
-There might have been some delay from the seller on shipping or either at export , from seller's country.
-You can contact the seller , about the status of the order and get your doubts cleared . (good sellers usually reply within 4-5 hours)

I would recommend, to contact the seller as early as possible.
I have personally ordered more than 25 packages through China postal service and have received each and every one of them.
