Can you find high quality items on Aliexpress?

There are always high quality items on alibaba and Aliexpress. But what would be advertised would be the low quality/low priced items that would attract you to shop with them. Rather than randomly looking for products, identify a niche, then identify type of product and narrow your search. Then get samples to identify quality and then final you get to place a production order.
