Can I pay through SBI Visa Debit card for payment in aliexpress?

Sbi bank customar care executive and bank employee are not aware/informed about payment in aliexpress , most of them shares wrong information ,they do not have any interest to get the correct updated info from higher authority and share the same with the sbi account holders who wants to know , even the sbi bank manager and the stuff interacts with customer are unaware of international debit card services , but if one ask them they they share wrong info , my experience in Ghogomali branch of sbi, city Siliguri, state west bengal. Bank should not keep such employee who do not know well about its product and services and lies to the customer to manage the situation.
