Coupon for COD refund is usually provided in 10 days after you receive the notification email on refund. And you can follow the steps as below to manage the coupon:
1. Visit "My Coupons" by clicking "Account" on the home page;
2. Find if there is any coupon with "COD_Refund" icon.
