How to reset payment password?

User self-service reset process

a.You can enter the wallet page through [Account] -> [Wallet].

b.Tap the gear icon in the upper right corner to enter the Settings page. ( If you have not enabled the Wallet, the gear icon cannot be displayed)

c.Select the "Reset Payment Code" option to enter the payment code reset page. ( If you have not enabled the balance account, this option cannot be seen)

d.Enter the current payment password.

e.If the interface prompts "Failed to reset", please contact the human customer service.

f.If the original password is verified, enter the code reset interface.

g.After the password is successfully reset, the interface prompts "Password is reset."

h.If you forget your password, tap "Forget your code?" on the payment password entry interface. Link to the OTP verification interface. You enter the verification code received by your bound phone number to complete the verification.
