Our automatically renewing subscription is an easy way to help your devices and personal information stay protected against cyberthreats. You are automatically billed each month or year depending on your selection, so your protection is up to date and active without having to worry about renewing it.
Once you are subscribed, the billing method that you stored in your account will be charged to renew your subscription at the then-applicable renewal subscription price, until you cancel. We will send you an email with price, term, and related details before we charge you, so that you know it is coming.
If you want a refund for your subscription charge, contact Member Services & Support. Keep in mind that you no longer have the peace of mind that comes with being subscribed if you cancel and receive a refund.
What if I was charged and don't have protection installed?
- If you want to use the Norton protection that you were recently charged for, sign in to your account and download your Norton device security product. For detailed steps, read Download and install your Norton device security product
You are subscribed into our automatically renewing subscription, when:
-
You purchase an automatically renewing subscription from our Norton online store.
-
You activate an automatically renewing subscription purchased from a retail store or a Norton-affiliated third party website.
How do I know if my subscription automatically renews?
- To know the subscription renewal status for each active protection, sign in to your account and visit the My Subscriptions tab. For some regions, you can also find the renewal status on your account dashboard.
In your account, click your name at the top-right corner and click Manage my Subscriptions. On the Billing Information tab, click the edit icon to make updates and click Save.
You receive a notification email in your registered email confirming the changes.
If your subscription renews annually, we will send you an email (between 30 to 45 days prior to your renewal) with price, term, and related details before we charge you, so that you know it is coming.
